About the event
This Thursday, February 1st, Peter Valentine will be giving a presentation in the Malanda Pub on World Heritage – especially our Australian properties. It will be an interesting presentation well illustrated. The theme is mainly celebrating our sites but it will include some background on World Heritage and also some of the threats to World Heritage we are concerned about. While not strictly a bird talk, there are some important ornithological elements and bird photos are included.
This FREE event is hosted by the Tree-Kangaroo and Mammal Group (TKMG), but BirdLife Northern Queensland supporters are welcome and encouraged to attend.
